iMac kernel panic during render theory

I had two iMac kernel panics this morning while rendering a queue of ten jobs. The Vimeo upload option was set for all ten items in the queue and the kernel panic happened while the first item in the queue was uploading and the second item in the queue was rendering. I think what caused the KP was that I had Filename in Render Settings set to Untitled. So Resolve (version 16.2.8) was trying to upload queue item 1 called Untitled while trying to render queue items 2 also called Untitled. I think this collision of Untitleds is what led to the kernel panic. So I set the Filename to %Timeline Name. Why wouldn't that just be the default or why wouldn't Resolve just set the second item's name to Untitled2 rather than cause a Kernel Panic and leave the queue unfinished is beyond me.

It happened again.
