Media Management - separate folders per timeline
Posted: Fri Mar 12, 2021 11:48 amWith Resolve 17 the Media Management page for collecting timelines was vastly improved. I love seeing the new list of timelines, rather than the illegible short names that 16 showed.
When collecting multiple timelines, Resolve will create a folder in my output destination with the project name, and dump all of the collected files in there. The only option for additional structure seems to be preserving hierarchy after x folder levels, which would mimic my source folder hierarchy.
I am looking to collect my files to %output location/%project name (fine by me, if Resolve creates this automatically)/%timeline name
However, the variable %Timeline Name doesn't seem to be available in the Media Management pop-up the way it is in the Deliver page.
Is there any way to collect each selected timeline to its own subfolder in my output location?
