Davinci Resolve Cutting Helper... How can I remove it?

Explanation of issue:

As you can see from the GIF, Resolve is automatically aligning my edits.
I was wondering if there was a way I can stop it from doing this, since it is hard to edit my videos in the perfect manor.

Is there a setting I need to disable for this?

I forgot to say, this issue is on Resolve 16
