OBS 2 Track Into Resolve??

Hi, I apologize if this has already been addressed but I run a YouTube channel with a co-host. Due to the pandemic, we've been recording remotely using Discord and OBS. I then bring the footage into Devinci Resolve for post-editing and processing. Ok, so here's my question, I have OBS set up to create a file with two different audio tracks (one for my mic and the other for the sound coming from Discord). When I bring it into Resolve however there are still two audio tracks but they are both the same. Am I mistaken in thinking that one audio track should be just my voice (mic) and the other track just my co-host?? Please help

Did you assign the audio devices to the correct track in OBS?

I believe so. I’m using the mic on my webcam. I know that it’s not the best but it works until I get a better mic

Click the gear in the audio mixer and go to Advanced Audio Properties. From there you can select what device goes to what track.

You have to go here and assign audio devices to tracks.

Ok, now I feel stupid

The checkboxes to the right determine what audio tracks that source audio will appear on.

Hi, I apologize for being such a newb but I want to make sure that I have this right. Would what is shown in the picture below be correct if I want the sound from my Desktop (Discord) to be track 1 and I want the sound from my mic to be track 2??
