Can't find some options in the new versions

I can't find some options in the new versions, in the project settings: "Use S-curve for contrast" and "Use outdated log score ranges and curve". Does anyone know where is it now? Help please.

They haven't moved.

Project Settings>General Options>Color
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.
