Cache and proxy path won't work

Hello!

It keep going back to default. I changed from C:/ to the more uncongested E:/ drive.
Problem is... Everytime I start a new project it will reset the Cache and Proxy media to default C:/

How can I prevent this from happening and get it to stay where I placed it?

Make sure the location you wish to use is the first entry under Preferences>System>Media Storage.

Make sure all current projects are set to that same location in Project Settings>Master Settings>Working Folders.
