Cant Activate Davinci Resolve Studio - Fixed

but i cant Activate it. when trying it comes up with. There was an error when attempting to perform the activation. please contact Blackmagic suppert for assistance.
i have mailed the support. but still no answer. how long is there wait time to answer?
i Fixed it by changing my ethernet to wifi. for some reason that worked an it could Activate.
