Timeline View Options

Hello again

I've only found the "timeline View Options" in the "Edit" tab, on the left of the toolbar.

Is there a way to change and set those options globally for any new project? It would also be cool if I could change options for every other page in DR which shows the timeline, like the "Cut" page.
