Looking for Control Surface Crash

I've been using Resolve 17 since Beta, I now own Resolve Studio and it was working great until today. Suddenly it won't start anymore, it crashes at 'Looking for control surface' did a complete re-install and after doing that the SECOND time it finally booted. But still very slow and all my footage is suddenly playing back slowly and Resolve is having trouble switching between pages and I basically cannot work on a project at this point.
Any help please? it literally worked yesterday evening, and this morning at boot-up it stopped working..
I made a Log file from the 'Capture Logs' option but don't know what to do with it.
Any tips?
