The steps to take to contact technical support?

Hello Blackmagic community.
I have a question for technical support.
I have a technical problem, a bug after updating Davinci resolve to version 17.1. I can't finish my projects, I can't start new ones. It is almost a disaster.
I sent the request via form (blackmagicdesign.com/support/contact/email) and then sent an email (support-emea_blackmagicdesign.com) with problem description. I had no answer.
Could someone explain to me the steps to be taken to contact Blackmagic technical support?
