Fusion node tree not unique to each clip?

I'm working on a multicam project one shot of which needs a tracked matte. First clip went fine with PlanarTracker creating a PlanarTransform that I used to make my matte jiggle properly. All well and good.
Back in the edit page, I click on the next clip that needs the same treatment (but, of course, a different PlanarTransform since it's not the same footage), and, lo and behold, the same node tree appears in Fusion.
I thought to make a small change and check the original clip; sure enough, the change appeared there, too. Is this normal behavior? If so, how do I create the Fusion composition I need in a clip when changing it changes compositions in all the other clips? PLEASE HELP.

Clicking on the clip does not select it for Fusion or Color. You either position the playhead over the clip (and it selects the highest clip) or you right-click on the clip and select from the menu.
Clicking on the clip with the playhead not over it and going into Fusion or Color doesn't do what you think it's doing.

Hi, thanks for responding! The same Fusion composition appears no matter which clip I position the playhead over. Any ideas?

I believe the problem may have to do with the fact that I'm working with a multicam clip. I opened another, non-multicam project, added a fusion effect to one clip, and it did not appear in the other clip in the timeline.
This behavior seems to be a bug.

Try this.
Right click the Multicam clips you want to use in Fusion and Flatten as a first step.

The first clip I worked on had already been flattened, so I flattened the next one I need to fix. Afterward, it showed the same Fusion node tree as the first clip (as it did before I flattened it).

OK.
Open the Clips panel on the Fusion page and go through them. Report back.

Holy ****, Jim, I was working on an adjustment clip the whole time. The clip I meant to be working on had no Fusion composition in it! You saved me. THANK YOU!

Dis is why I'm here.

(By the way, it's the top-most clip that shows up in Fusion when you simply place the playead over the clip and switch pages. AC's are usually at the top, so...)
