Popups going over other program windows

I was writing something for the feature requests forum and got this (screenshot).

It happened to me many times, I would like to know if others had/have this problem?

On top of that, sometimes I think my Resolve just crashed (because I can't click or close anything), then I see a little popup so blend in the background with the dark gray that prevented me from closing or click anywhere else

A shadow underneath or something that make them "popup" more from the background would be nice too.

I can only think that at some point you hit Ctrl+Shift+S.

The focus was on the window of the web browser

The popup was opened up on purpose before writing my feature request so it's not really about why the popup is open. But how it shouldn't be "sandwiched" between two windows from Resolve.

It's weird
