Media Offline Error after saving copy

Every instance of saving a copy of a project almost always results in a Media Offline error message. Running the project a few times usually corrects this, but with the latest 17.1, the error has become more frequent.

The project is heavy in fusion, but when reviewing the fusion tab elements, most times everything is in tack. There are instances when the media has lost its linking...which happens too often.

Making copies, with distinct names and using the automatic copy suffix still causes the same problem.

Any solutions?
