Hello. Our working group now hosts the DVR postgreSQL database on our local server, it's the CentOS7 version provided by Blackmagic. This means that we are not running the latest Resolve Project server app (on our Mac workstations) as we can directly connect the database from the Project manager in DVR and we don't export keys. For safety we would still like to do routine backups of the database from inside DVR but it fails, I guess because we don't run PostgreSQL on our workstations? Is there a workaround for that?
The only option I have now is copying a project each time on the local database and backup that, then copy it back to the shared database.
Would the Project Server app solve this thing?
