No H265 Export, no Hardware accellerated H264

Hi,
I run DR 17.1 Studio with Zotac 3080. If I try to render H265 or hardware accellerated H264 it fails sayign that it didn't find the codec.
Tried: Studio Drivers, Gaming Drivers, Resolve Reinstall. Before opening the pc and reinstall a old graphic card, any idea about that?

Show us a screen shot of Preferences>System>Memory and GPU>GPU Configuration.

I got in touch with support it seems to be a problem with my card.
I am contacting the manifacturer

So it wasn't the card, other software properly accelerate using it so... I attach logs for new card new drivers
