After update to 17.1, connecting to postgres throws error

I'm struggling to connect to my postgresql database.
Once updated to 17.1 (Windows 10, x86) I no longer can connect to the remote project database.
A try throws error DriverNotLoaded. I also found that 17.1 installer no longer asks for PostgreSQL installation. Is there a bug with installer / version?

Any help is appreciated. Temporarily rolling back to 16.8.

Since v17 release, the PostGres installer in packaged int he DaVinci Resolve Project Server which is availabe for the BMD support web site.
