17.1 Problems

I upgraded to Resolve 17 some time ago. Finished a couple of short films. All great.
Yesterday I updated to 17.1. My CDNG plays back very stuttered. Nothing works in the colour page, no grading seems to be happening. On quitting Resolve just stay open, won't close, won't relaunch.
I just trashed 17.1, downloaded Resolve 17 again. Launched 17, edited and graded a short film, all working perfectly.
So 17.1 is just not working for me.

I've had a ton of issues on 17.1 as well on my work machine which is a 5k iMac 2020 model, 10 core i9 processor, 16GB 5700XT graphics card, and 128GB of RAM. Doing a couple of interview edits and the whole iMac froze and crashed 4 times within an hour. I rolled back from 17.1 to 17.0 about an hour ago and haven't had a problem since.

I'm running 17.1 on my M1 Macs at home and don't seem be having these same issues. Not sure what the issue is for intel based machines, but clearly there is one on 17.1.

Yes I also thought it was a Mac M1 or Big Sur issue.
Funny that everything works perfectly for me in Resolve 17, but then .1 is not really working at all.

Would be great to get some official advice on this. Is it a bug that is being worked on?

Keep those log files coming, or they can't work on it.
