Missing Encoded Date in outputfile since DR 17

when i deliver files in DR 17 to .mov and .mp4 i can´t find the UTC of the files anymore in the Metadata of the generated output files.
Has DR 17 remove the "Encoded date" and "Tagged date" fields for output?
This is an output from DR 16 for example (taken by Mediainfo).
Encoded date :
UTC 2021-03-03 17:15:52
Tagged date :
UTC 2021-03-03 17:33:23
These fields are missing with output from DR 17.
In Preference i cannot find a solution for this problem, in need the timestamps in the metadata of the generated files.
