Normalize audio pause

Hey guys -

I just wanted to report that when I choose to normalize several audio clips on the same track, after I've selected all of them and hit the Normalize button, I see a 0.5s - 1s pause before it starts the Normalization. I don't remember this being there before so the first few times this happened, I kept clicking the Normalize button because it wasn't doing anything and it ended up going through 3 Normalization loops.

BTW, I'm using v17.1.

You're so impatient you can't wait half a second!

Just FYI.. just upgraded to this morning's release, 17.1.1, and the problem is now solved.

You still see a little bit of a pause but it completes quickly and you never see the progress bar.
