Clicking Settings on a Fusion node instantly crashes Resolve

On the Fusion page when clicking on Settings in the Inspector for any selected node the app instantly crashes to the desktop.
Using latest Davinci Resolve Studio App Store version (VERSION 17.1 BUILD 25)
Have tried a complete uninstall a couple of times with no luck.

Same here. Every time.
I talked to a chat bot from Apple and they said there's no way to downgrade, since they don't support 3rd party Apps.
Tried to install reactor as well and it wouldn't even start the app.
As soon as I can find a reseller that has it in stock, I'm going to buy a non App Store version.

So I downloaded the non studio version from the App Store and it crashes in the same way. Open Fusion page, add a node, select node, click on Settings, Crash.
Then I downloaded the non studio version from blackmagicdesign.com. No crashes. Guess that might narrow it down a bit. Or not. Not a coder:)

I can't duplicate this in Studio 17.1 for Windows. Things work fine.
Might be a mac issue. Or an App Store version issue.

Any resolution to this? I too have the App Store version. Recently was updated. If I click settings on any Fusion node I instantly crash.
Resolve Studio Version 17.1.1 Build 9
