Sync correcting whilst using Sync Bin

How would anyone make a small correction when the Sync is slightly out on my clapper board as per below.
I have right clicked on a clip and get here with Open Sync Group.
The bottom clip is clearly a frame or two wrong - but any attempt to slide it is too clumsy.
