Importing audio clips for Fairlight

Hi,

I'm fairly new to using fairlight and am much more comfortable in another DAW so I do most of my mixing there. However I was hoping for a way to import all my tracks back into fairlight for 5.1 surround sound mixing. Does anyone know of a way I can create a timeline from a bunch of audio clips and have each clip added to its own track in resolve?

It doesn't look like it's possible but if it is it would save me a LOT of time.

Thanks,
Mitchell

On macOS, Command + dragging media on the Timeline from the Media Pool presents a dialog providing the option to place each source media file on a separate Timeline Track.

Command + Shift + dragging media from the Media Pool on to the Timeline will place source media at embedded Start Timecode positions.

Hmm, I've tried using ctrl + dragging on a windows and I'm not getting any popups or options to put them onto separate tracks. I'm guessing there would be a windows equivalent?

Ahh my bad. I was trying to add it to the timeline from the edit page. Doing it on the fairlight page gives me the correct result. ctrl + dragging automatically adds each audio file to a separate timeline. Thanks!
