Media Offline - H.265 AAC MOV iPhone - Windows 10

Hello,
I work since some days with DaVinci Resolve 17.1 Build 24 and I am completely overwhelmed by the great possibilities of this amazing tool.

Following media can't be displayed inside Resolve: H.265 Main L5.0 generated by iPhone 11.

My setup:
- Windows 10 with latest updates
- AMD Ryzen 7 1700, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, GeForce GTX 1080

Is there a way to ,,resolve" this? Would an upgrade to paid Studio version help?

Please refer to my response to this post. Please also check that you have the latest Studio graphics drivers for your graphics card installed. Please remember to select Custom > Clean installation during setup.
