No sound after delivery in audio1

Help me please! After rendering, there is no sound on track 1. Only a few seconds, and then it disappears (this is the sound of a voice from a video). There is sound only from track 2 (this is the background music). What could be the problem and how to solve it?

Use these settings. (Now called Bus 1 in version 17.)
