Thanks in advance for your help. I have emailed BM about this but they haven't replied and I would love to get this working over the weekend.. I have a new Resolve Editor Keyboard and a new computer (Windows PC).. When I open Resolve 17, it recognizes the keyboard and prompts me to update/install some software/driver for it, and opens the control panels setup app... This app recognizes the keyboard, and says "update required".. I hit the update button and get this: Update Failed! Please check your connections and try again"
I have tried the USB cable it came with, and a couple different cables, as well as different USB ports. Any ideas? Thanks again,
