Compound Clips - Rendering Problems Continue

PostSun Mar 28, 2021 4:48 pm

For the third project in a row - the timeline containing compound clips created in a project are not rendering correctly - lots of glitches, dropped frames, etc. I can hear glitches when I go from the compound clip editing to the timeline edit, but once the render cache finishes it's thinking all sounds perfect on the timeline. But any renders of the timeline containing the compound clips contain extensive playback glitches.

This is a repeatable problem and I am begging for a fix. With longform and complex projects, compound clips are essential.

The ONLY way to get this rendered out correctly is to deconstruct the compound clips on the original timeline. Then everything renders out perfectly. The problem is 100% related to the compound clips.

Thank you - any and all advice appreciated -

Best,

Mark
