Davinci Resolve V17 [Bug]: Fusion adds Effect on wrong clip

It does not happen every time but it happend several times to me now.
When adding an Effect in Fusion Page, the Effect is added on the previously edited clip.

How to produce:

Edit Page: In Timeline right-click on clip >> "Open in Fusion Page"
In Fusion add Effect by pressing Ctrl-Space , search for Effect (e.g.Lens-Blur) and dubbleclick.
Set keyframes and go back to Edit Page.
Back in Edit Page right-click on an other clip >> "Open in Fusion Page".
In Fusion add Effect or Mask or Text... nothing seems to happen.
Go Back to Timeline and open previously edited clip in Fusion Page --> here the Effect was added.

I think this BUG was allready present in Version 16.

Has that never happened to anyone else?
This also occurs regularly in the current DR version (17.2.1 Build 12).

Move the playhead over the desired clip before going into Fusion.

Unfortunately placing the playhead over the clip doesn't do the trick for me...

I posted several times on the other thread on this issue but I am no longer seeing that behavior in 17.1.2
