Audio Issue: Looping & Repeating Resolve 17.1 Build 24

Anyone have issues with Resolve 17.1 Build 24 where their audio loops and repeats?
—Audio track loops and repeats itself in Timeline.
—Audio partially plays through left channel, not right.
Audio plays back normally in Multicam Timeline, when playing back in Timeline is when it starts looping.
Context/Scope of Issue:
We had this issue with Resolve 17 Beta so we stopped using it.
We upgraded to stable version 17.1 Build 24 and it's happening again, on a Windows 10 computer that never had the beta version installed.
—It happens on our MacBooks and Windows 10 PCs.
—It happens across different projects and timelines.
—It only happens on projects that were in the database that was upgraded from Resolve 16 to 17.
—Our typical projects are filmed with three BMCC 6K's edited into Multicam Timelines.
—Multicam Timeline is synced from Waveform.
—We use audio from one of the cameras.
Troubleshooting:
—We've uninstalled/reinstalled Resolve.
—We've imported backup databases.
—We've disabled audio channels.
—We've tried stereo and mono audio channels in Multicam Timeline video track with master audio.
—We've re-synced audio based on waveforms.
—We've downgraded back to Resolve 16 and imported backup database and project plays without issue.
I'm at a loss for how to fix it and what's going on.
I haven't seen anyone else have this issue, so I have no clue how it's happened across multiple computers and different project databases for us.
