I have 2 brand new iMacs that I installed DR 17 onto. They both work fine. When I try to install the Fairlight Sound Library, it won't install. Ive tried to do it on both of them multiple times. I go through the entire install wizard and it says that it completes but when you click on the "Sound Library" tab it is blank and only gives you the option to download the library. These are my business iMacs - I don't have this issue on my personal Macs.

TLDR version: Did you try typing three asterisks in the search field?

Is the Fairlight Sound Library installer used downloaded from the Support page or was installation performed via the “Install Fairlight Sound Library” button within the Sound Library panel?

If installed correctly, the Fairlight Sound Library will be available in the following directory containing a "Database" and "Media Files" folder:
/Users/Home/Movies/Fairlight Sound Library

/Users/Home/Movies/Fairlight Sound Library

If the above location includes the database, in the Sound Library panel is the Fairlight Sound Library database listed?

Yes, it is in the directory. Yet it is not in the "Sound Library Panel".

Quite likely that duplicates of the "SoundLib.db" file are present on your system.

If the database is manually deleted (and duplicates are not found), you can also use the media in the Media Files folder to create a new Disk or Postgres Database for the "Blackmagic Fairlight Sound Library":

/Users/Home/Movies/Fairlight Sound Library/Media Files
