Use the menu path: "Workspace --> Dual Screen --> On" to have some of the elements of the user interface display on a second monitor.

Use the menu path: "Workspace --> Video Clean Feed" to show a copy of the viewer on its own full screen. I believe this may require the Studio version, although it's not mentioned as such in the manual...?

If you have three monitors you can use both of these simultaneously.

As suggested if you have the studio version use the dual screen mode but for the cleanest feed to a calibrated monitor for grading final output use a decklink card to bypass the GPU.

It depends.

If you just want to see the content full screen, or allow someone else in the studio to watch, there is the Clean Feed option.

For any kind of critical evaluation work, the best option is a dedicated I/O device.
