No Capable Open CL GPU - AMD

Hi, I am running with an AMD Radeon R9200 which was working fine with resolve 16 until the graphics card software updated. I’ve looked at various YouTube videos for a fix but I can’t find the solution for AMD.

When I try and open resolve I now get an error message saying there are no capable GPU’s and when I go into configuration I can’t see my gpu (or any gpu.)

I’m guessing I need to press something within the AMD Radeon app itself or flick a switch but I have no idea what. I can’t find anything obvious and I don’t really know what I am looking for.

Please can anyone assist?

Hi Peter. Thanks. No. I’m on the last iteration of 16. I can’t get 17.1.1 to work at all so deinstalled everything and eventually got the old version back.

I completed a project on it just over a week ago. Then the graphics card updated and now I can’t even get past the load screen without this message coming up.

Bizarrely, this seems by-passable if you open the resolve software as administrator.
It’s a work-around.
Just tried it and it got me in.
