Ripple delete issues on Linux with 17.1.1

Hi,

I'm going through The Beginner's Guide to DaVinci Resolve 16.

Step 7 of it's page 45 tells me top delete a small clip version and it expects to happen a ripple delete but instead I get a lift delete (a delete where there is a gap left), no matter if I use backspace or delete, with or without pressing shift.

By the above guide's instructions I'm trying to ripple delete just the video track. There is a audio track that is locked in this project.

If I delete the audio track, both backspace and delete (with or without shift) results in a ripple delete.

I believe I found 2 different bugs:

  1. ripple delete won't work if I have locked tracks. All tracks should be unlocked and equally splited and selected. I say it's a bug because the above Guide clearly expects a different behaviour and it seems more natural to me that locked tracks won't be taken into consideration for time saving actions like ripple delete;
  2. backspace and delete are both making a ripple delete, despite backspace being configured to do a lift delete and delete being configured to do a ripple delete in the Keyboard Customization window.
