Is the Supermicro SuperWorkstation 7049GP-TRT and X11DPG-QT motherboard supported under CentOS 7 and version 16 and 17?

Can someone from Blackmagic please answer this? Thank you very much!

If these were the ones we listed in the previous config guide, and from memory they are, we still use them in QA with v17, CentOS 7.5.

Actually, no, you can't use OUR CentOS 7.3 / Resolve 16.0 build image on that system.

I would suggest you use the Seth Goldin "How to install DaVinci Resolve on CentOS" process.

He has guidance for both CentOS 7.9 and 8.3:

You can certainly use CentOS 7 on the 7049. You just can't use our build image to install it.
