Resolve does not offer Speed Editor update

Ok so I decided to update the Speed Editor update
The speed Editor is seen in Control Panel Gui when connected with Type C lead and says its Firmware 1.1 but it does not offer an update
Anyone else seen this is there a reason?
Plus did anyone find out what the update does
I am using 17.1.1. Studio. Speed editor works on 1.1. works fine on Bluetooth and Cable

1.1 is the latest firmware. Were you expecting a newer firmware?

I have no idea. Maybe they yanked it from 17.1.1?

the "DaVinci Control Panels Setup.app" makes the firmwareupdate - not DR

Yes, but that utility is installed by the Resolve installer, that's why the Resolve version is relevant.

I am using the DaVinci Control Panels Setup which is located under the Help Dropdown
I am also using a USB C lead and not the Bluetooth connection to access Panel Setup but 1.21 does not show
and it shows 1.1 as the current firmware it no updates available

What I have experienced is that every now and then Resolve will show a firmware update to 1.2.1 for the Speed Editor but I have never got the update to complete successfully and it has caused problems with my Speed Editor. Sometimes it will show as an available update the first time I enter the Control app and sometimes it says that 1.1 is current. I don't know why it shows sometimes and not other times.

As far as I know they didn't even says what the 1.21. update changed

No idea but there are posts on forum which said it had been released
Its a total mystery and BM are keeping very quiet about it
I wonder if the pulled it ?

As of Resolve v17.2 the Speed Editor firmware is v1.3.

iNSTALLED AND WORKING
i DID HAVE TO UNINSTALL BLUETOOTH NAND THEN NRE INSTALL AND WORKIBG FINE

After update I now also have the 1.3
Runs so far.
