How to edit audio tracks?

PostFri Apr 09, 2021 4:16 pm

My audio tracks are tiny on Davinci 17, but on Davinci 16 they were they same size, and I could adjust the audio with the slider in the middle and fade the audio with the 2 little arrows on each side. On 17, I cant adjust the audio for some reason. Please help?

I recommend going through the Beginner's Guide. It's a great introduction to the basics of Resolve, such as this.

My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.

In both the Edit and Fairlight pages hold down the Shift key, place your curser over the tracks, either video or audio, you wish to change, and use your mouse scroll wheel to increase or decrease the height.
The Alt key plus the scroll wheel will zoom the timeline horizontally.
