exported videos will not post on Instagram - wrong run time

Hello all,
Long time editor, first time Resolve user. Loving it for the most part, but cant figure this one out.
When I Deliver "Export" a H264 and then try to upload it to Instagram it gives me an error message. Either "photo cannot be posted" or it says something to the effect that the video cannot be played (and then you cant even delete it from your feed... glitch).
I know its the export because I notice on my phone (I export from Resolve to a google drive, then downloaded it to my phone for posting) the duration of the films are always wrong. Like a 30 second video will be 31:25:15 hours long on the phone. Its not, but that's what the phone thinks it is.
My work-a-round is bringing the exported file (which plays correctly in the PC) into Media Encoder, and rendering out another h264. This works all the time, and before Resolve I would do this from premiere without fail.
My settings in Resolve are:
quicktime
h264
NVIDIA encoder (doesnt matter if I switch that)
1920x1080
23.976
restrict to 5000 (doesnt matter if I change that)
automatic keyframe
constant bitrate
Ive tried different settings but nothing works and it seems like im the only one with this problem ... nothing about it online. Wondering if anyone has a solution or has encountered this? Thanks!
