Delete IN/OUT at once

I would like to assign a function to a key that would allow me to delete IN and OUT at the same time. All I found is ALT-I and ALT-O which is actual four keystrokes. Am I missing something here?

On macOS Option + X clears the Range (Mark > Clear In and Out).

Via Keyboard Customisation this can be reassigned to a single key (if required).

On Windows, Alt+X.
