Application Suspension and the closes

PostFri Apr 16, 2021 12:12 pm

I have already installed DaVinci Resolve 16 on this PC but then I upgraded to 17.
In doing so, the program simply doesn't run.
I already uninstalled version 17 and reinstalled a clean version 16 but to no avail.

When I try to run CaptureLogs on version 17, the next message appears:
zip I /O error: No such file or directory
zip error : Could not create output file (C:/Users/artco/Desktop/DaVinci-Resolve-Logs20210416_130627.zip)

but a message pops up saying:
DaVinci-Resolve-Logs20210416_130627.zip has been saved to the Desktop

But there wasn't any file created in the desktop.

I would love any help I can get

Thanks

Not giving any details of your system and also the exact versions of Resolve you have tried does not help.
Resolve Studio 19.0b1 build 20
Dell XPS 8700 i7-4790, 24GB RAM, 2 x Evo 860 SSDs, GTX1060/6GB (551.86 Studio Driver), Win10 Home (22H2), Speed Editor, Faderport mk1, Eizo ColorEdge CS230 + BenQ GW2270 + Samsung SA200, Canon C100mk2, Zoom H2n.
