Glitchy Render Result when transcoding to MXF

I'm trying to transcode Canon C200 .CRM files to MXF files using Resolve Studio 17. The files export and Davinci Resolve says "completed". However the files then show up as red "MEDIA OFFLINE FILES". I tried restarting and exporting again and now the files produced are super glitchy. Whenever they camera moves they screen vibrates as if it is jumping around frames.

Source files play fine.

I'm trying to transcode to:
Format MXF OP1A
Codec SONY XAVC
Type Intra VBR 480 4096x2160

Computer Specs:
Davinci Resolve Studio 17
Ryzen 5950x
GTX3090
64GB RAM
Dataserver: QNAP TVS-872N-i3-8G
Windows 10 1909

Specs match across the board?

Try MOV for the container and see if there is a difference. I remember some problems with MXF, but they were supposed to be fixed in 17.1.1.
