MTS files export fail

I have a project with mp4 files and MTS files. The MTS comes cut as different files with a max of 00:12:36:02 length at 25 frames/s.
When I have two or more clips on the timeline the export fails when reaching the new clip. Has anyone seen this and have any suggestions on how to get around it? I'll convert the MTS to MOV or MP4 and then replace the files. This might be a bug.
