DaVinci Resolve Project server not connecting

Hi, I'm a newbie here.
We are just switching to DaVinci Resolve from Avid and bought three copies of the Studio version.
We are trying to get the collaboration to work with the DaVinci Resolve Project server.
I installed it on our Windows 2016 server after having to temporarily turning the password complexity off. PostgreSQL service is running and DaVinci Resolve Project server is running on the windows 2016 server. I can connect using PGadmin on the server and see the databases I created.
I can create new databases and turn on and off sharing but my clients cannot connect. I turned off the firewall on the client but it's not wanting to connect. I get a message to check the log file but it doesn't say where the log file is located. I looked everywhere I could think to look but can't find it. We are on a Windows domain 10Gb network. The clients are running Windows 10.

Does anybody have any ideas for troubleshooting this?

Thanks for your help,
Eric

Hey, I am trying this also.

You wrote that you have turned off the firewall on your clients, but did you tryed with the firewall off on the server?

That worked! Thank you!
I had to change the firewall rule and set it to "Domain" under Properties>Advanced and also change "Programs and Services" to: All programs that meet the specified conditions.

Thanks again,
Eric

Initially I turned off the firewall on the client side but that had no effect. After turning off the firewall on the server side it worked.
By changing the firewall rule as described above I could turn on both the client and server firewall.
