Hi Mark, as far as I can tell there current exists no avenue for users to have any visibility into reported bugs, or to their status, or if they are being worked. It’s not much better even if you are the one who reported it and sitting in an open ticket. Once it’s “handed off” to the engineering team, you never know anything more. That is something that really needs to change. It should be integrated with a solid beta program feedback system if they are going to have one.

I agree. With so many issues, visibility is important for serious users. And people can share a post work-arounds... Right now we're all stumbling in the dark, stubbing our toes on the same rocks.

Same here. And it’s annoying not only if you work for clients, but also when you do training or teaching. You never know if it’s user error or a bug.
If you are watching the forum closely, you may notice when someone from BM confirms that they could reproduce the problem. That’s all.
If you want to see how it should be done, have a look at BorisFX. At least known issues get listed and existing work-arounds too. If you get into a beta group with them, progress is reported as well.

The folks at steakunderwater run an unofficial fusion bug tracker, and BMD devs do pay attention, but yes, a more coordinated and transparent official one would be beneficial for everyone.
