How to setup Live Video?

dual link SDI was the method before 3G, 5G, or 12G single link
was available for higher resolutions. before single link was only 1,5G.
so you should set to single link and SDI B with BMD products,
when you not use old equipment with dual link SDI.

wasn't that the micro camera could record progressively but only interlaced
at the output (like the original HD pocket)?

the micro studio camera 4k can output RAW over SDI

look at page 58 of the manual

maybe media express ingnore this, but DR not
