Size exported clip 600B

When I export a clip, the file is only a few bytes. I have set the quality to 100.000 Kb/s, tried .mp4 and .mov, rendering with graphics card, but also with native encoder.
Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong? Last week everything was still working properly.
