I have a large project with many clips on the Media Pool (and the concerning HD). About 2.4 TB of data.
I made some editing processes and obviously I used much less data than the shot ones
Now, the client asked me to reduce the film and remove some scenes and other things. So now I would have to copy the project on another location with only the clips data actually used and not all the useless material that I have on the first location.
How could I do?
Any help would be appreciated, thanks

a few options:
1 - read in the manual about media managment + archive functions, follow those notes - this keeps your bin structures intact
2 - make a new project with same frame rate, copy / paste timeline into it, that also moves related media only, then use the archive function - you will lose your bin structure dong this
3 - after useing #2 above, save a DRP of the orignal project and relink the media from the new projects archive, now you have the bin structure back
