Audio issues in DR 16 and 17

So when I use DR 16 or 17 (free version) I kept getting longer than usual load times. I found the cause to be my headset (corsair void pro). After searching around I found out that just unplugging
then plugging the usb dongle back it would solve the issue, which it did for a while. Recently, when I try to do the method mentioned before, DR 16 or 17 either can't find the headset (it'll say selected audio device not found), or it loads but no sound comes out from either my headphones nor monitor.

I have-

Uninstalled and redownloaded DR 16 and 17
Changed my main audio device on my computer to either my monitor or headset. And I've changed my preferences in DR (but when it cant find the audio device, only my monitor will appear and not my headset as well). (Also, I do know that deleting iCue does help, but half of my computer parts are corsair so I can't really do that...)

Also, I can't tell if my issue is the dongle/usb itself, if it's because its made by corsair, or both since I don't have a spare headset/headphones. I know this is probably limited info, so if you need anymore then I will surely give it to you. Anyway, thank you if you do decide to help me.

I'd like to recommend a different approach that has a pretty high success rate.

Plug a set of speakers which have a headphone jack into the analog or digital audio outs, either from the mobo or from an installed sound card. Then plug a set of headphones into the speakers.

The Corsair headset is known to affect the operation of Resolve.
