Dear Davinci Resolve Support Team

Open letter

Dear Davinci Resolve Support,

It's been almost a month since I wrote to you. Neither the first request nor the second request received a response from you.

One reason why I switched to Davinci resolve at the time was the fact that your support was really first class. Now, after almost two years, no one seems to care about your customers' problems anymore? What is the matter with you please?

Sorry, but the way you deal with us customers is really unacceptable and raises the question of how things will continue in the future if you have problems with your software and need professional help to solve these problems.

In the hope that my emails are somehow "lost", I remain with best regards and hope for an answer as soon as possible.

I've always found their phone support pretty helpful.

you can reach BMD support team by phone on week days
6:00am - 5:00pm PS
excpet Friday 6:00am - 4:00pm PS

Someone might be able to help here if you report ur problem here in detail with logs and nfo as per the FAQs, as I mentioned in ur other thread.

Hi Peter,

yes i know i can also ask for help here. but it is very strange and very unusual behavior when you do not receive any answer to your inquiries that you send to the support via email.
the possibility to speak to the support by phone is wonderful; unfortunately the support for europe is in england and i have to admit that my english is rather poor when it comes to speaking and i will surely be able to describe the problem plausibly.

Your suggestion to post my problem here is wonderful, but unfortunately does not explain why the davinci support behaves as it is currently and raises the question of whether you can count on good support in the future or not.

In my experience the support is wonderful. I always get pretty quick email answers and when I had an important issue the phone support was very helpful!

And there is always the forum where you can post your issue as well, so you have multiple places to get support..

As we all don‘t explicitly pay for 24/7 support, I‘ve yet to see a better support team from another company with similar strructures/size!
