Dear Davinci Resolve Support,
It's been almost a month since I wrote to you. Neither the first request nor the second request received a response from you.
One reason why I switched to Davinci resolve at the time was the fact that your support was really first class. Now, after almost two years, no one seems to care about your customers' problems anymore? What is the matter with you please?
Sorry, but the way you deal with us customers is really unacceptable and raises the question of how things will continue in the future if you have problems with your software and need professional help to solve these problems.
In the hope that my emails are somehow "lost", I remain with best regards and hope for an answer as soon as possible.
