Hi,

I am still pretty new in Davinci Resolve but found out, that this program offers great color grading and colorization options...

But I have a problem - I've changed the color of a shoe but for some reason it looks like "metallic leather" now.

New color with metallic look:

Is there any way to get rid of those reflections to make the color look more natural and less metallic?

Thank you very much. :D

That's a lighting problem. You have to back the light off and change the angle to reduce reflections. Lighting product shots -- especially food and shiny objects -- can be very difficult. Soft/scrimmed lighting from a distance can help quite a bit.

If you try to dull down the reflections, it'll tend to make the shot softer... but you could qualify the highlights and reduce sharpness & brightness a tiny bit. I use that to reduce makeup shine on occasion.
