All clips in my Resolve project become blown out on restart

Whenever I restart my computer and reopen my old Resolve project, I find that the entire project has been blown out by about 1 stop. This is not linked to any setting I can find and the data seems blown out, not recoverable via color grading.
When exporting the project and reopening it, the same thing happens. The only method I have of recovering my project is to export the timeline and then re-import it, this fixes the problem for the new project, but upon restart, that new project becomes blown out too.
