17.1.1 Build 9 - Rendering Transitions

I recently upgraded to v 17.1.1.1 and are happy with the improvements. However, I just faced a new problem. On a project, 1080p, 25fps, I have 2,K files from DJI Mavic 2. Everything seems to work nicely until rendering in deliver. Seems to behave the same if I deliver to default "Youtube 1080" or "H.264" (or any raw format for that matter). What I see is this:
Cross Disovle in/out Text Box - works fine
Cross Dissolve - Solid color to Video - Works fine
Cross Dissolve - Video to Video - Freeze the rendering process.
The % counter stops up, so does the "remaining time". Not possible to stop render, clear render status or change window. Have to close resolve, close all instances of Davinci Resolve and restart. Was able to render the project after removing all video to video transitions.
I also tried to copy all clips into a new project (2K project as my raw files are 2,7K), but to my great frustration, this seems to also copy the problem. I have also tried to disable all color grades, with no luck. Also tried with other transitions with the same problem (blur / rotate)
The strange thing is that other projects seems to work fine.
Anyone have any suggestions? As it freezes and does not crash, I dont get acces to create desktop logs.
